This semester I have learned so many new things. I learned about Twitter, which I didn’t know how to even work at first. I learned why digital literacy is so important and why I want to be able to inform my student on it. One of the most exciting things I learned I think is TEDTalks. They are so much fun to watch and I do believe they are a very good learning resource. I enjoyed how we were able to do lots of research on different things. The independent learning project is one of the best projects that I have done in a while. It really helped me to relax and it helped me to do something that I enjoyed doing. I learned a lot of stuff about baking.
Throughout this semester I have put 100% into every class that I have online on top of doing a full time job and planning a wedding. This class has be more of a fun class because it worked more on some of the new things out there on computers such as making videos or drawing or tweeting or something that I am not use to doing all of the time. I have learned a lot from this class and I plan of teaching others of what I have learned. I have already been showing my fiancé TEDTalk and now he really likes it and I bet he would like it even more if I could find one that talks about cattle since that’s what he does for a living.
For my future plans as an adult I plan to get married in a month and complete another year of schooling to graduate Chadron with my teaching degree. For my future plans as a parent I hope to have 3 kids with our two dogs that we already have. For my future plans as a teacher I plan to hopefully find a job close to where we will be living in the country and I am wanting to teach in the lower elementary grades. For my future plans as a learner I will continue to learn each and every day. I know that I have some very big plans for the future, but I am planning on just taking it one day at a time and seeing where this journey of life takes me.
What was your favorite thing you learned about in this class?
I want to wish you all the very best of luck in everything you do! Thanks for reading!
